My name is Sophia Winter, born on May 18, 1997, in Germany. Creativity has always been my passion, leading me to pursue it as a profession from an early age.

During my studies as a Graphic and Communication Designer, I found a nurturing environment within a company where I could grow and develop into a skilled designer with an entrepreneurial mindset.

At All New Arts, a small yet highly esteemed company, I accumulated invaluable experiences over the years. There, I learned to lead, plan, and take responsibility for projects. Even before my current role as a Junior Art Director, I was tasked with mentoring interns and junior colleagues, mastering the ability to maintain focus amidst tight deadlines and unforeseen challenges.

My entrepreneurial spirit and focused work ethic enable me to pursue my goals diligently, without getting lost in perfectionism. While I value teamwork, I’m also proficient in independently managing projects. During my tenure at All New Arts, I gained extensive experience in conceptualizing and executing various projects, from ideation to final delivery. I continuously expanded my skills in graphic design and often served as the agency’s executing and at times sole graphic designer.

My empathy aids me in understanding clients‘ needs and translating their visions into impactful designs. In addition to my work at All New Arts, I’ve been independently involved in graphic design since 2021, successfully delivering a range of projects from branding to print and web design.

In my leisure time, I enjoy indulging in artistic pursuits such as drawing and painting. I firmly believe in the importance of mastering foundational skills for success as a graphic designer or art director, ensuring that my designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing the piano, golfing, and spending time with my dog and family in nature, whether in the mountains or by the Isar river.
